Cocetti Wine Process

Cocetti Wines is considered a Boutique Winery which simply means that grapes are hand-picked from the best vineyards in Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Then the grapes are custom crushed and fermented in authentic French Limosin oak barrels which add a smokey finish to the flavor. The wines are mixed, regulatedand aged according to David Cocetti, the Wine Maker, using his specifications. Once the predetermined specific gravity is reached, the wine is bottled and labled ata contracted facilityand shipped to market.
