Have you ever wanted to learn more about wine appreciation? David and Pat Cocetti have 25 years of experience teaching the art of wine tasting as well as commercial and private wine making in their presentation entitled, " Romancing the Grape" 

 Intertwined in the educational journey they will tell their own personal story of their love of the grape and all it can become. You will fall in love with these two passionate wine vintners as they explain the depth of romance and knowledge it has taken to make Cocetti Wines what it is today in their unique way. Their colorful personalities, cheeze and crackers and all of the Cocetti veritials will personalize your Cocetti Wine experiance. You will not be disappointed.

 

If you are interested, Pat Cocetti teaches a college class on wine appreciation called " Romancing the Grape" . In this class, learn how to taste and pair wine with food, how to choose a wine by understanding the label, and how to serve and store wines. You will also taste and discuss champagnes and their production. Patricia has taught classes at CFU for 6 years and brings her unique perspective as a producer of premium wine to help her students romance the grape. The materials fee is included in the tuition.
